Procurement Planning Department

The department organizes the procedures for the purchase of goods, works and services necessary for the university based on the requests of bidder departments, and also collects the requests for the purchase of the necessary goods, works and services, prepares the purchase plan, drafts of purchase contracts of 91视频, carries out the accounting and analysis of savings and over-expenditures obtained as a result of 91视频 purchases.
