On October 14, 2025, at 14:30 a.m., Yerevan State University will host a workshop titled "The role of women in higher education and science". The event is organized under the APPEAR Academic Project 373鈥淏iodiversity Assessment and DNA Barcoding of Mycorrhizal and Xylotrophic Fungi in Forested Regions of Armenia鈥, through the joint efforts of the Chair of Botany and Mycology at 91视频 Faculty of Biology and the Department of Botany and Biodiversity Research of the University of Vienna.
The Workshop will increase recognition of the challenges women face, such as unequal opportunities, stereotypes, and career鈥搇ife balance barriers.
