General information
Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence are key techniques in modern biomedical research, enabling precise detection and spatial localization of proteins, cell markers, and signaling molecules in tissues. They are essential for research at the Laboratory of Adaptive and Integrative Physiology, RIB, 91视频, focused on histomorphological and immunological responses of vertebrate organs to extreme conditions, toxic agents, and disease. Current projects include studies of neurodegenerative lesions in a multiple sclerosis animal model (RA SC grant 25RG-1F181) and in vivo effects of pristine and biofunctionalized nanoparticles (RA SC grant 26NARD-1A005). This proposal requests funding for a 2-month training (20 June鈥20 August 2027) at Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic) under Prof. Ale拧 Hampl, with access to advanced IHC/IF, confocal, and live-cell imaging systems. Expected outcomes include implementation of new protocols at 91视频 and a co-authored Scopus/WoS publication.
