91��Ƶ Center for Continuing Education implements various formal and informal educational programs for different target groups. The programs are developed based on the needs assessment of the participants and are implemented both by 91��Ƶ and guest lecturers. Participants who have completed the program and passed the final certification are given a graduation document (certificate) of the sample set by 91��Ƶ.

Since 2003, 91��Ƶ has been training civil servants in to improve the professional and general abilities of employees of state institutions.

The training programs are carried out in cooperation with the staffs of the RA President, the RA Prime Minister, the RA National Assembly, various ministries and their subordinate state administration bodies, and the staffs of the RA regional governorates, the RA Ministry of Defense, the RA National Security Service and other state structures.

In the course of its activity, the center organized 50 courses for civil servants, in which 8,972 civil servants participated.

Training of Civil Servants of Various State Departments at 91��Ƶ

Since 2021, the 91��Ƶ Continuing Education Center has been conducting various professional training courses for civil servants. Cooperation with Ministries of High Tech Industry, ESCS, Economy, State Supervision Service, and many regional governorates, including Armavir, Vayots Dzor, Syunik, Shirak, Gegharkunik, Lori, etc., is particularly close. Since 2023, the Television and Radio Commission has also joined the group. The courses started in October 2023 and will continue until the end of the year.

The base of programs is created by 91��Ƶ Continuing Education Center employees, taking into account the professional educational needs of civil servants, and offers innovative university programs. Some of the courses refer to the legislative field, there are highly professional programs related to labor relations and their regulation, as well as to the given field of the civil service system. Every year, the above-mentioned database is updated, and the necessary curriculum is selected and offered to the civil service system.

The courses are conducted by 91��Ƶ's best professors from the Faculties of Economics and Management, Philosophy and Psychology, International Relations, Law, History, Armenian Philology, and Journalism, as well as specialists in the field from other organizations.

Courses are conducted remotely, taking into account the geographical location of the students. At the end of the training, employees pass a test, not only collecting points but also acquiring professional knowledge corresponding to the requirements of their position. The systemic novelty of this year is that civil servants choose classes not only on a mandatory basis but also by right.

The variety and volume of the programs and the responses of the managers of the fields testify to the success and demand of the continuing education programs, as well as the professional work of the organizers and teachers. The results are analyzed at the end of the training, and appropriate conclusions are made regarding improving the program or changing the test questionnaire.
