To fill out the application form (1st stage: from April 15th to May 10th, 2nd stage: from June 26th to July 1st), the applicants, using privileges considered with 78-81 points, should only submit the originals of the following documents scanned (PDF), which should be sent to the email address dimord@ysu.am, indicating the full name, and specialty. Otherwise, they cannot use the privilege.

- Information about the death of a serviceman (the original document),
- Death certificate (the original document),
- Applicant鈥檚 birth certificate (the original document),
- Applicant鈥檚 certificate of military-connected disability of the 1st or 2nd degree (the original document),
- The passport of the disabled applicant (the original document).
Point 79-1
- Passport (the original document),
- Certificate of disability of the 1st or 2nd degree or disability from childhood (the original document).
Point 79-2
- Passport and birth certificate (the original document),
- Documents certifying the absence of parental care (the original document).
Point 80
- Military record book (if the applicant was discharged in the last year) (all pages of the original with records).

- Winner certificate of the Zhautykov, Mendeleev, and Metropolis International Olympiads (the original document).
