"I am the author of more than 30 scientific articles, monographs, textbooks, and manuals. I have been trained and participated in scientific discussions in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and the Republic of Austria. I am a member of the Union of Lawyers of the Republic of Armenia. In 2014, by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, I was included in the working group for the development of the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. I am a co-author of the guidebook for the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. On January 18, 2017, I was appointed as a member of the independent commission on "Issues of Conditional Early Release from Punishment" (the activities of the commission were terminated on April 9, 2018)."
